If your vehicle has installed Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) or Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) system (whether factory-installed or aftermarket), the following conditions must be met to successfully pass the periodic technical inspection:
Gas Cylinder Inspection Certificate: You must present a valid document issued by an accredited center, confirming the safety and proper technical condition of the gas cylinder.
Updated Vehicle Registration: The use of an additional fuel type must be officially recorded in the vehicle's registration certificate (car registration card).
Please Note: The Gas Inspection Certificate must be presented at every periodic technical inspection. Failure to provide these documents will result in a "Major Defect," and the vehicle will fail the inspection.
